I received the FINAL PDF of my book yesterday - it's is officially ready to release June 1st!
My publisher decided not to add the playlist to the book; however, there is a glossary at the end for some terms that may not be explained enough in the text.
SO this means you lucky readers will get to learn all about my playlist while we countdown the weeks to the big release.
As I said before, music is my muse. It is a rare occasion when I don't have music playing. I listen when I am cooking, driving, cleaning and definitely while I'm writing. I always write to music. It changes as my scenes change, and sometimes it's the other way around.
Obviously, unless you have an ARC (Advanced Reader Copy) and you are reading it for a blog review, you have no idea what is going on in each chapter. Some of these songs were chosen for the general mood or tone of the music, sometimes the lyrics, and some were because it reminded me of a scene after it was written.Maybe these songs will help to explain the moods of each chapter and maybe they will just confuse you. Whatever the case, I hope you enjoy listening to the playlist while reading the book.
I will add a Playlist Pinterest Board to my author Pinterest page so that others can enjoy it.
So without further adieu, let's start with Chapter One:
First Aid Kit "Winter is all Over You (Baauer Remix)"
